aCIP® for Critical Infrastructure Protection

  • Requirement management
Record, breakdown and follow up all your requirements. And don't stop there, tie the requirements to the procedures and technical systems that make the requirement fulfilled. As everything in aCIP® is connected you can trace also backwords so you can instantly see which requirement that is the reason for having a certain procedure or technical feature. Get nice reports of requirement fulfilment status grouped by requirement category, site or any other property. Record future requirements with start date to plan needed changes in your solutions.
  • Project management
Plan, calculate and manage your projects, sub-project and tasks. And why not combine it with requirement management by linking requirements to your tasks, thereby enabling for the task manager to instantly see what requirements to fulfil. And the other way around, you can when looking at a certain requirement directly see which task that is responsible for fulfilling the requirement at each site. When calculating projects you can link tasks to products with prices and their suppliers, different work categories with prices and even operating costs spread over time. This makes the calculation reliable and easy to change as well as it gives all you need to efficiently manage sourcing of products and work force.
  • Asset and process management
Document all your technical systems or other assets and processes with exactly the properties you like. And keep track of guarantee times, maintenance status, spare parts, operational costs and who is responsible for what. You can even use aCIP® as the one and only repository for all configuration data for your technical systems with features to generate systems specific configuration files. Maybe you have three different systems that use the name of a camera (alarm, video and C2 system). Instead of changing the camera name in two places and forgetting the third, you can change it in just one place. And every change is logged, who did it, where and when. Additionally fault reporting, issues and ToDo lists can be handled and linked to related assets.
  • Competence management
Use aCIP® to keep track of all competences in your organisation. Link competences with roles where each competence is required and the process (training, external certification etc) that makes someone achieve the competence. In that way you have a great tool to plan trainings, find people with a certain mix of competences and to anytime see status of competence fulfilment for each role in the organisation.
  • Scenario and risk assessment
Threat scenarios and scenario steps can be entered with its scorings and linked to involved assets. By linking scenario steps to mitigating assets/systems and processes the evaluation of the threat or risk is made very structured. It is easy to compare different mitigation approaches. It is even possible to export relevant data to run simulations in third party simulation engines.
